Join a growing enforcement company and kickstart your career as a Trainee Enforcement Agent. No certification needed—full training provided! Work in the field helping people resolve debt issues on behalf of local authorities.

What you’ll do:

Visit properties to engage with individuals and recover unpaid debts

Help people understand their financial options and set up payment plans

Learn to assess vulnerability and provide respectful, ethical enforcement

Receive full support and training to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent

What they’re looking for:

Full UK driving licence (2+ years)

Confident, empathetic communicator

Self-motivated, professional, and ready for a challenge

Previous debt collection or military or police force experience would be a benefit
